A1: LAUNCH Creader VII supports basic diagnostic functions for full system of one single vehicle model (read & clear DTCS, read data stream); Launch CRP123 work with more than 20 brand car, read & clear DTCS, read data stream for Engine, Gearbox, ABS, SRS etc..


Q2: Does it need to insert battery when I use LAUNCH Creader VII?

A2: It does not need insert battery, Creader VII will be charged when connected with the car.


Q3: Does it need to download LAUNCH Creader VI software? Where to download? 

A3: it does not need download the software, the software program is stored in the main unit, just directly connect with the car and use it, like Launch Creader VI, LAUNCH Creader VI supports OBDII full function.


Q4: Can LAUNCH Creader VII support update? How to update?

A4: Yes, LAUNCH Creader VII support online update by CF card.
