Tips to solve x431 iDiag “Faid to register connector, Dealer code is error”

If you got “Faid to register connector, Dealer code is error” when you regist Launch x431 idiag.You can try to solve this problem as the following steps.

Step 1. Please do not use your computer, change to use the ipad or iphone to register.

Step 2. Follow the manual, do the samp installation steps again.

Step 3. If you still are not succeed after registered the CC number, please give us your register information (including device information, password and CC number) and your mail box. We will contace launch company and register the devie to CC number.
